At FixingSupply.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Used or damaged tools not due to our error

  • Custom or special-order items


Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@fixingsupply.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@fixingsupply.com. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

  • If it’s still missing after 10 business days, contact us at contact@fixingsupply.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
